Grade Release Statement

I hereby authorize the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs to release my cumulative and previous semester grade point average (GPA) to each fraternity/sorority Intake/Recruitment Team. I further understand that I must be academically eligible to participate in Intake/Recruitment. Academic eligibility for continuing Rutgers University students is based on the completion of 12 college/university credits (AP credits are not acceptable), a minimum 2.25 cumulative GPA, and full-time Rutgers University - New Brunswick status.

Note: These are minimum requirements, most chapters have a higher GPA requirement.

By initialing this form, I confirm authorization for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs to release my GPA to the Recruitment/Intake Team.
